Imagine Studio turns a short description into a structured prompt and generates images and videos from it using third-party AI models. Output quality varies by prompt and model; generations are not guaranteed to match your intent exactly.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person or organization per account; don't share credentials.
Each generation consumes credits. Paid plans include a monthly allowance. Credits are non-transferable and expire when a subscription lapses or is canceled. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Don't use the service to create content that is illegal, or to generate images or videos of real people without their permission. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, credits, or security controls.
You own the prompts you write and the images you upload. You retain rights to the outputs you generate, subject to the underlying model provider's terms. You are responsible for how you use generated media, including any required AI-disclosure obligations in your jurisdiction.
The service is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be announced in the app. If you continue using the service after a change, the updated terms apply.
